Turatello internally integrates the entire life cycle of its trailers and semitrailers: from design, testing and prototype verification, to the production of subassemblies, final assembly and after-sales service with dedicated spare parts.

In the facility, in particular, steel received from qualified suppliers is cut, drilled, bent and welded to create unique chassis, specifically designed for their intended use and never adapted from commercial products.

After internal painting, we move to the assembly phase, where we use insulated panels and fiberglass fronts of our own production. This choice requires large spaces and specialized departments, but represents an essential value for us: we do not accept compromises in order to guarantee direct control over every production process, the absolute quality of the final product and maximum customization freedom.
