This policy describes the methods for processing the personal data of users who consult the website turatello.com (hereinafter, the “Site”), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Italian legislation regarding personal data protection.

Types of Data Collected
In the context of browsing and using the services offered by the Site, the following categories of data may be collected:
- Browsing data: collected automatically during consultation of the Site (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages visited), as described in the Cookie Policy.
- Data provided voluntarily by the user via the forms on the Site (contact form and quote request form): name, email address, telephone number, company, as well as any further information the user decides to communicate in the text of the message.
Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing
Personal data collected through contact and quote request forms are processed for the following purposes:
- Management of information requests and quotes: to respond to requests submitted by the user and provide the requested service or information. Legal basis: execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the data subject (Art. 6, par. 1, letter b, GDPR).
- Compliance with legal obligations: where processing is necessary to comply with obligations provided for by law, regulation, or EU legislation. Legal basis: Art. 6, par. 1, letter c, GDPR.
Direct marketing: Turatello S.R.L. does not currently use collected data for direct marketing purposes or for sending promotional communications. Should a newsletter or commercial communication service be activated in the future, this policy will be updated and the user will be asked for specific consent (Art. 6, par. 1, letter a, GDPR), which can be revoked at any time.
Processing Methods
The processing of personal data is carried out using IT and electronic tools, with organizational and logical methods strictly related to the indicated purposes, and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data itself.
Nature of Data Provision
Providing the data requested in the contact and quote request forms is optional; however, failure to provide data marked as mandatory makes it impossible to follow up on the user’s request.
Data Retention Period
Personal data collected through the Site’s forms are kept for the time strictly necessary to respond to the user’s request and to manage any resulting commercial relationship, and in any case no longer than the terms provided for by applicable tax, civil, and accounting regulations (normally 10 years for administrative-accounting documentation). Once these terms have expired, the data are deleted or anonymized.
Data Recipients
Personal data may be communicated, within the limits strictly necessary for the purposes indicated above, to:
- entities acting as data processors on behalf of Turatello S.R.L. (e.g., providers of IT services, hosting, Site management, administrative and accounting consultancy);
- third parties providing services integrated into the Site, such as Google (Google Analytics, Google Maps, YouTube) and Meta (Meta/Facebook Pixel), under the terms described in the Cookie Policy;
- public authorities, entities, or bodies to whom it is mandatory to communicate personal data by virtue of legal provisions.
Personal data are not subject to dissemination to unspecified parties.
Data Transfer to Third Countries
The Site is hosted on servers located within the European Union. Some third-party services integrated into the Site (e.g., Google, Meta) may involve the transfer of data to countries located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the providers guarantee the adoption of adequate measures to protect personal data, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or adequacy decisions, in accordance with Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR. Rights of the Data Subject
As a data subject, the user has the right to request from the Controller, at any time:
- access to their personal data (Art. 15 GDPR);
- rectification of inaccurate data or integration of incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR);
- erasure of data, in the cases provided for by law (the so-called “right to be forgotten”, Art. 17 GDPR);
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR);
- data portability, i.e., to receive them in a structured and readable format and to transmit them to another controller (Art. 20 GDPR);
- objection to the processing of their personal data (Art. 21 GDPR);
- withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before the withdrawal.

The user also has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, namely the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it), if they believe that the processing of their personal data is carried out in violation of applicable legislation.

Turatello S.R.L. adopts appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, in order to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or accidental or unlawful disclosure.
